Anyone remaining "undecided" at this point is dangerously close to stupidity, yet
these people are again being featured on NPR. They did the same thing 4 years ago, giving valuable air time to people who, a month before the election, hadn't decided between John Kerry and GW Bush (!!!??!)

Someone explain to me the need for editors and producers to inflate the value of moronic opinions. Is it just a story, any kind of story to fill programming time? Or do NPR's dark masters (Chevron, Archer-Daniels-Midland, Wal*Mart) think Obama's momentum can be slowed by stirring these uncommitted dregs?

:banghead: :dunce:

1. Undecided.
More like UNbelievable.

I mean, what's there to decide?

You either vote to surgically repair the country over a long period of time (as in get our purpose and leadership back, get our economy back on track, start bringing our troops home, etc) and for the second term, rehabilitate it . . . or strap it on the gurney and lethally inject it. WHAT'S TO DECIDE?

Here's the thing, people. If you're "undecided" at this point after eight years of Bewsh; all his bullshit and scandal and war and middle/working/poor class destruction and soon to be nine straight months of job losses, then you're either a closet racist, an uncloseted dumbass or just completely not paying attention.

If you're a McCain/Palin voter at this point, well then you just need a Buford T Justice dead-kick in the ass.

With neo-con candidates, past performance is usually a guarantee of future results. BANK on it.

2. Either stupid or just not paying any attention AT ALL.
They must be unaware of the economic crisis. Unaware that the market has plunged. Unaware that we're stuck in two wars. Unaware that we've lost the respect of the world. Unaware that their civil liberties were stolen long ago.

5. Unaware? Yes...
... anyone with this degree of unawareness in today's politically-charged climate definitely does not have an opinion that is worth any air time whatsoever.

It was sickening to see CNN paying so much respect to those 25 in the "undecided panel".

10. That's the other possibility.
But there are always those Undecideds who claim not to make up their minds until they get in the voting booth. In every election.

3. I agree 100%...
... unfortunately I think most of these so-called undecideds are generally to the right of center. Many of them are probably about as independent as Lou Dobbs.

4. I cannot get how anybody who is even remotely interested could possibly be "undecided".
Yet you can see and hear voters proudly announce that they are undecided, that they just cannot make up their minds because Obama and McCain are so close in their ideas and stances. They just cannot make up their mind between steak and baloney because they are so similar.

interveiwing some of these dopes late night last night, but it confirmed to me that some of them are just attention hogs.

If you did watch it, there was that 30-something, overweight, white male who had an opinion on everything that was said, and yet he claimed he didn't know who he was going to vote for.

He's just a guy that wants a little spotlight and enjoys the attention. That's my opinion.

9. Anyone who is truly undecided at this late stage
probably isn't motivated enough to vote at all.
