Grover Norquist: "McCain is Reagan. Obama is Kerry/Gore/Dukakis"
Well, Grover, if you mean that McCain is a senile old coot like Reagan, and idiot republicans are throwing bullshit attacks at Obama like they did at Kerry/Gore/Dukakis, then I have to agree with you. :eyes:

 What are you wanting to do?.?.?

I'll try to help you out. I use my Flickr account, it's free. They give you a code to upload files. I also have a Webshot account but it's limited by file size, Flickr doesn't have file restrictions.

28. Sometimes if I don't want to upload a pic I do this little trick
I'm on a Mac so here's how I copy a pic from someone else's server. Hold down the control key on the pic and a pop up menu appears that has several options to choose from, I usually choose copy, then when posting to DU command v will post the pic in the box.

You can try it out on the pic (or any other pic) I posted above to get the feel for it. It is easy.

15. Oh, it's one of THOSE compare/contrast games.
OK Norquest, we can play this game too...
McCain is to Dracula (Bram Stoker's creepy old one) as Obama is to Blade.

Palin is to Harley Quinn as Biden is to Robin

if, by Reagan, he means Dole, and if, by Kerry/Gore/Dukakis, he means Clinton, he's got it just exactly right.

18. McCain Now Has The Charisma of Dole, The Competence of Harding
Despite Norquist's BS cheerleading, John McCain is increasingly showing the charisma of Robert Dole, but with the same air of competence as the late Warren G. Harding.

It may be unChristian of me, but I very much do hope to gloat after Election Day.

+++++++++++

BTW, Grover, if Joe Biden gets his way and the Feds start investigating some of the corruption of the last eight years, a lot of your cronies are going to be in a lot of trouble. Now is a splendid time for you to look at foreign real estate--providing that the fall of the dollar doesn't put it out of your price range.

27. My independometer says FAIL
I liked McCain in 2000... voted for him over Bush in the primary.

I didn't care for Dukakis (first Presidential vote)
I Voted for Clinton
Voted Bush in 2000 (I didn't like Gore, and I don't apologize for it)
Voted Kerry to get rid of Bush (didn't like Kerry)

I Like Obama more than all of them prior.

It really is too bad he's going to be hamstrung by this economy... I hope he surprises me and does great things. He's one of the few that I ever thought was/is capable of great things.

The Republicans have been talking fiscal/conservatism for 30 years... in part I was duped because I equated fiscal conservatism with fiscal responsibility. There is no difference between taxing and borrowing; borrowing is probably worse. This country is at a crossroads. I think/hope the Democrats might actually get it.

29. That's the most idiotic, absurd statement yet. They really are desperate, aren't they?
The problem with over-reaching comments like this is that they're not taken seriously. People just laugh at them, like I did. Almost spit out my coffee.

An Eisenhower Republican. Complete opposite of the Norquist Contract-On-America "every man for himself!" Republicans.
