Rolling Stone just wrote McCain's obituary - all the dirt unearthed
Edited on Wed Oct-08-08 12:23 AM by SoCalDemocrat
I am familar with a lot of McCain's background, having read a lot about him back in the 2000 election run. Still I was shocked by the degree to which he is a self serving son of uncontrolled nepotism. If it was not for his famous father and grandfather, this guy would be working at Burger King right now.

Make Believe Maverick
A closer look at the life and career of John McCain reveals a disturbing record of recklessness and dishonesty

Spread this around to all your friends, especially independent voters. Honestly I don't understand how even a conservative, partisan hack of a Republican could vote for him after reading this entire piece. The guy is truly a waste of humanity.

1. I wouldn't trust McCain to work at a Burger King. I wouldn't want him
fiddling with my freedom fries.

Powerful article in RS. Thanks for posting the link. I bought a copy today. It's a real keeper.

2. Nice! Unfortunately, it's too long and has too many big words...
for McCain/Palin supporters.

Is there a Reader's Digest condensed version?

4. I wish someone would write one

There is so much material in that article it would be a real challenge to write cliff notes. Still if someone could do it I would love to share it with others.

3. I wouldn't waste my time trying to convince a McPalin voter
to read the article-they won't dare open a Rolling Stone-but an Independent might be worth the effort.

6. I just got that Rolling Stone in the mail and I read
it last night as bedtime reading after the Debate. Whoa! Everything I'd always read about in detail.

Found out what led to his calling cindy the c word..such a lifetime asshole and of course he's the republican nominee.

This Rolling Stone also had a "Rove is Back" article and "How to Survive Cable News"..lol, they had tweety under the "Good" and the "Bad" columns.

8.  Thanks for the tip on the other articles in RS.
I usually read the article from the link and close the window upon completion.
