6. Here's something worthwhile.

McCain's weird joke with Brokaw as the punch line was more that a typical dud from this cranky old guy. Brokaw's question was "Who will you name as your Treasury Secretary?" It hit McCain hard--and his retort made it obvious that his pick is in fact Phil Gramm. He could not speak that name made toxic in his mind by the media and Obama. This made him mad. Passively aggressive, he answered "It won't be you, Tom."
