It's loud there. He tapped Obama's shoulder to let him know Cindy was there, Obama turned around to shake, reached out for McCain not realizing that Cindy was being presented, and then just shook that hand. Just something that happens. Looks bad for McCain, but I think this was just an awkward looking moment that was actually nothing.
