And for my 8000th post, I just want to say that I hope Obama confronts McCain on the filth spewing
I would like Obama to look McCain right in the eye and say "John, will you commit to run a positive campaign from this point forward?" after he has pointed out the disgusting filth McCain and P* have been spewing the last couple of days.

What say DU - good idea to confront McCain on his gutter tactics?

2. Yea actually it would be a good idea! Why?
McCain will be the deer in the headlights and he will not committ to anything. America will see McCain for what he truely is.

3. It's the McCain reaction that I think the public needs to see
I'm not sure he can respond without giving away his dark side.

4. If he does, McCain will likely run with it,
so if Obama wants to play hardball, he'd better swing a bat.

5. McSame would agree to it, and then still send his surrogates and 527s and Failin
out to do the dirty work while he stays above it all. I don't think this is a challenge O should offer up tonight.

6. It's true that McCain is a fucking liar
But I don't think it's a big deal to point out what he is doing, how it's the dirtiest campaign ever and then to ask him to commit to cleaning up his act. I just am curious what McCain's reaction would be - I'm not sure he can answer it without seeming like a dick.
