Did I hear this right?

I thought I saw on CNN earlier that the head of the LA chapter of NOW has come out in support of Sarah Palin. Can this be true?

They were careful to report that it was a personal endorsement for the woman and not an endorsement from NOW. Did anyone else see this today? I've done a couple of searches and can't find anything about this on the internets.

5. There were a couple threads about it over the weekend.

She was supposedly doing it as her own "personal" endorsement but it will backfire on the chapter. Expect that she will be punted out.

It was the president of the LA chapter of NOW. It was a personal endorsement, and if I'm not mistaken, shes a member of PUMA.

9. They might have been referring to Tammy Bruce, who is a former head of LA NOW, but is now a RWer.
