"Kill him!" proposed one man in the audience.

McCain was speaking today in New Mexico, doing his usual personal attack on Barack Obama, as the stock market plummeted (you can see the ticker next to McCain on the screen, an apt reminder of what McCain and his fellow Republicans represent), and McCain asked the crowd "who is Barack Obama?" Immediately you hear a supporter yell "terrorist."

"Now it turns out, one of his earliest supporters is a man named Bill Ayers," Palin said.
"Boooo!" said the crowd.
"And, according to the New York Times, he was a domestic terrorist and part of a group that, quote, 'launched a campaign of bombings that would target the Pentagon and our U.S. Capitol,'" she continued.
"Boooo!" the crowd repeated.
"Kill him!" proposed one man in the audience.

6. Incitement to murder?
I'm not a legal expert but if someone vilifies someone so much that murder is a supported option is that illegal?

7. Good- they need to hear this.
And they need to let McCain know that there are certain lines that, even in politics, you are not allowed to cross.

4. "Kill him!" ... absolutely mind-blowing, rightwingnuts are.
Obama is a "terrorist" because a never-convicted, well-respected American university professor was in a bad gang when Obama was 8 years old, and now lives on the same city street as Obama.

So we should "kill" Obama, screechs a very seriously deranged lunatic McCain supporter.

Holy fucking shit.

9. When someone in the audience of a show by Lewis Black did this about Bush, he called him on it.
At a McNazi rally... not so much.

15. This shit has to stop NOW
Last summer we already saw what all the "exterminate the liberals" hate speech from the likes of Coulter, Hannity, etc. leads to in Tennessee and Arkansas. Conservatives believe that having a different opinion, skin color, or religion than them is a capital crime. If Palin and her shitstain of a fan get away with this, it will prove that the Republicans are considered officially above the law in this country.

16. Imagine if the tables were turned, the media would go crazy!
This just goes to show the type of people that make up the Republican base - uneducated inbred racists.

Imagine if someone screamed out "Kill Him" about McCain during an Obama speech - the media would have a field day. Fox News would run it 24/7 and blast Obama, the mouthbreathing talk radio hosts would whine and bitch non-stop, and on and on. Instead it goes by almost ignored.
