Obama will appoint young, common sense progressives to the federal bench

IMHO

As a con law scholar, Obama knows the importance of getting appointees into the federal judiciary who are relatively young, and can wield influence for a longer period. Clinton failed to understand this (Ginsburg and Breyer were both quite old); Obama will get it right. And with a possible 60 Dem Senate, expect to see it happen sooner than you think.
