This is absolutely not the time to get overconfident. Barack and McCain still have two debates to go, and one of them will be moderated by an alleged McCain sympathizer (Brokaw). Follow Obama's lead -- we must keep our feet on their necks until November 4.

The recent spate of good news should do nothing more than raise morale. We've achieved ten point leads in some battleground states; now, let's go for twenty. $75,000 have been raised for Obama on DU; don't stop until we've hit $100,000. We've registered thousands of new voters; we've got millions to go.

We're not done until we get to "President-Elect."

3. Be vigilant
the polls aren't much of a concern. Looking at the voter registration Obama has put together is all we really need. the Dems he's registered are not going to vote for McCain.

4. We need to keep working like we're 10 points behind!
I still expect them to try and steal the election.

6. You are right that we must not get overconfident.
But having said that, I can't imagine any scenario whereby McCain could turn this around now.

7. I am, as always, nervous about the debates. Brokaw will try to give McLoser a hand
in the next one, even if the questions are coming from the audience.

9. My sentiments exactly...
...who knows whether all the good news lately is being hyped by the commercial media just to get us Dems to not work as hard as we are?

A K&R for you.
