Sickening: 'Obama the slum lord' radio ad released

Posted October 6, 2008 11 :48 AM

The National Black Republican Association, NBRA, released radio ads today that go after Sen. Barack Obama as a “slum-lord and a far left wing radical.”

The ads are being run in battleground states, but you can find the audio on the NBRA Web site.

From the NBRA:

“The NBRA radio ads clearly demonstrate that, when the American people look behind Obama's slick, public facade, they see an inexperienced liberal who does not have the character and judgment to be our next president. To understand what Obama has in mind for the rest of America, visit any black urban community in this nation. Liberal Democrats have been running black communities for the past 40 years, and their socialist policies have turned those communities into economic and social wastelands. If Obama's messianic message of "hope and change" was so powerful, why are the poor people in Chicago still poor?”

The ad’s titles are as follows: Obama the Slum Lord, Obama the Radical, Obama is no MLK and Arrogant Obama.

The campaign season has now officially hit the all-negative-all-of-the-time theme with neither camp backing down.

It should be noted that the NBRA has no association with the John McCain campaign and definitely no association with the Obama campaign.

1. National Black Republican Association?
More like the Uncle Tom's Cabin Association. Now I'm not saying they should support Obama just because he's black, but I find it really idiotic that any black person could be a Republican after all their antics over the years.

5. "why are the people in Chicago still poor?"
Because Obama really isn't Jesus Christ, Superman, Batman, and Spiderman all rolled into one. He wasn't even mayor of Chicago, he was just a community organizer, which the Republicans have already maintained isn't a real job with real responsibilities.

They diminish his achievements and then ask why he hasn't achieved anything.
