1. It's insane that the GOP is trying to make a big deal of out the Ayers connection, when
McLoser was knee-deep in corruption with his soon-to-be-felon buddy.

2. They didn't expect Obama to dare go there - bullies never expect their victims to hit them back hard

Especially after Gore and Kerry rolled over and played dead in 2000 and 2004.

Welcome to the new Democratic Party. :woohoo:

4. You'd think they would have learned their lesson when that "lipstick on a pig" bullsh*t...
...blew up in their faces. Apparently not.

5. That was nothing compared to their McCain/Keating Five rollout, complete with website.
Bill Burton, Obama spokesman, is on the phone with MSNBC now. Asked about Palin's "domestic terrorist" charge, he said,
"According to a story in the Daily News by Tom DeFrank,a McCain spokeman said that if we keep talking about the economy,
we'll lose." He brought up McCain's ties with Charles Keating. :)

3. I just re-submitted a letter about the Keating 5
our newspaper has done this before. We'll get a call and when we point out that we had originally submitted the letter a week ago they'll say sorry it got lost in the shuffle. But, it will prevent us from getting in two letters before the election.

They've also gotten snippy when they've sat on a letter so long that I've submitted updated letters. I get a call, the first one acknowledging they even got the letter, asking in a snotty tone which letter I want in the newspaper.
