What can we do to help fight election fraud

Seriously, what can we do to help fight this problem if after the votes are tallied the exit polls are off by 10% and favor McCain in all the swing states? I saw a post here about independent exit polls being conducted, but if they turn up election fraud then what?

Can we get the judiciary and conyers to investigate? They won't even enforce Subpoenas against Rove and Rove is still free despite the Siegelman case.

Can we bring a class action lawsuit in court?


What are our options? Seriously. What can we start doing now to fight back if/when it happens?

Massive protests? Sounds good, but didn't do anything to stop the Iraq war.
