28. The Branchflower report is due Friday but the Supreme Court

of Alaska will hear an appeal by five members of the Alaskan GOP in which they are requesting that the report be delayed till after the election. SC will hear the appeal on Wed and rule no later than Thursday evening.
I do not think Sarah Palin was subpeonaed. It was her husband and 12 others.
