Does any agency measure what happened to the rich people's tax cuts?
How much of that went into American stocks vs. foreign stocks? How much went into the stocks of companies that ship jobs overseas? Tax shelters? Overseas accounts?

Does anyone know what happens to money when it is given to rich folk?

1. Money is fungible so I doubt it
Which is why I always find it a joke when Conservative argue "if you give X a tax cut they'll lower their prices or hire employees or invest in new equipment" or other such canards.
