Honestly? They Both Annoyed Me About Equally
Palin with her blown kisses and winks and lip-biting and "but I want to get back to energy ..." and "There you go again."

Biden with his inability to disguise his "what am I doing on the same stage with this loon?" attitude, in the last half hour or so. Not that I can blame him ...

14. Well, no, not really. Impatience is the lack of patience, which denotes lack of respect. n/t

8. You know I am getting tired of some of these people who obviously do not
believe in the candidates that DU supports. There is absolutely no way, no way anyone who saw that debate would think such a thing about Joe Biden. Hell even the republican pundits did not bring anything like that up.

This person is obviously following his agenda.

9. If Biden had been any more "deferential" of Winky, he would have lost
a lot of respect from me.

16. Why are you reading that into Joe's performance? I sensed NO
attitude from him other than the proper dabate attitude.

You're going to get slammed for that comment and rightly so.

17. The only one who was really disrespectful to his opponent in the 2 debates was McCain.

I think Biden did great. It would not surprise me if he thought "what am I doing on the same stage with this loon?" , given his experience compares to hers, but I didn't not see that in his reactions. I also liked his big smile from time to time, it was not conscending.

18. For the First Hour
I thought he did great. But that last 30 minutes, I think it pissed him off that he was stuck debating against what amounted to an infomercial, and it showed. Republicans rely on getting Democrats frustrated as strategy.

19. I think he did just great.
I think his "let me respond to this 'maverick' bullshit" was just excellent. Like he was saving it for the end. It was a home run.

Joe spoke from the heart, from his vast experience.

Palin recited memorized lines.

After it was over, Joe still looked cool and collected. Palin looked like she was relieved that the Senior Play was over.
