Creeping Cheneyism

By Josh Marshall

Hmmm. Sarah Palin wants to give the Vice President more control over running the Senate? Here's Sen. Kitt Bond, one of Palin's surrogates, saying maybe that's not such a hot idea.

Palin, well-rehearsed and tone deaf.

The media needs to hit her/the McCain campaign on this gaffe. Her entire Cheney response was ludicrous.

1. Clearly speaking as a Senator and not a surrogate there
The Senate does not not NOT want Palin in there messing with them.

2. Doesn't matter what he's speaking as.
This was a major Palin fail.
