When she tries to answer questions, she screws up. She's a dim bulb. She can only spew memorized talking points. At least, she stuck to what she does "best".

When a question was asked she wouldn't answer that particular question.....and then while Biden was answering the question, she'd look at her notes.....and then the next question would be asked, and she'd say, "I want to go back to the last question"....that's because after she found out what each question was, she'd look through her talking points while Biden would answer.
