McCain's choice of Palin tells us one thing we can be certain of
Unlike the last several Presidential terms McCain has no intention of having his VP play any role in governance or policy formulation. A ribbon cutter and funeral attender is all he would ever let her be.

2. She looks like she should be running some Chamber of Commerce office somewhere,
not running for VP.

3. Fine if you don't die suddenly. Not a good bet at 72 with a history of cancer

4. desperation. Pure and simple.
It's purely selfish.

Now granted, anyone wanting to be president is likely to be ambitious, but the difference between these two candidates is that one truly believes he can steer our country in a better direction, and the other just wants the position for the glory as to top off his life story.

I truly don't think even McCain really believes he is up to the job. All those "look at me" stunts are merely desperate attempts to dazzle the masses. And the fact that majority sees right through it offers up proof that he is not up to the job.

5. It proves he could not care less about this country
He doesn't care what happens to it after he's gone.

7. he is not genuine
and cannot relate to us regular Americans.

He has a very low opinion about Americans and puts in Palin because she is mother of 5. I am a mother of 3 but I am not qualified to be VP!!!

9. One of the funerals could very likely be his. In which case it's "oh, shit."
