What governor wouldn't have 100% approval if they mailed every citizen a several thousand-dollar check, as she did from ballooning oil profits? Paid for, I might add, by the rest of us.

Plus, I heard last night that her approval is now down to 60-something percent.

I'm underwhelmed. But what the heck is Scarborough's problem comprehending this? Or is he so uninformed, that he doesn't know about the checks?
