Biden's opening statement:
Biden: Well, thank you, Gwen. And thanks to everybody.

And I do have a sad note tonight. Senator McCain had some sort of stroke yesterday and is resting at home. He's a dear and beloved friend to all of us. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the "maverick" of the Senate.

Fake Announcer saying that President McCain has suffered a stroke and that Vice President Palin has assumed the Presidency.
