Retaliation for Supporting Obama

My son wore his Obama shirt to school today with no problems as usual. I picked him up to take him to the doctor today and he got in the back seat and immediately started changing his shirt? I asked him what he was doing. His reply, "If I have to get blood drawn I don't want any extra sticks from a tech that doesn't share my political views". His statement made my heart sink.

Terrible that any of us have to think this way - but we live in a red state and have been hearing all sorts of stories about folk getting cursed at for having Obama signs in their yards to tires being slashed on vehicles with Obama stickers. This is a dayum shame.

this red county. No problems. A lot of nurses and hospital techs are Dems regardless of where located

3. Right here in the red state of Texas, my Obama/Biden button gets cheers from all sides.

And even those who say they're supporting McCain tend to say something like "Oh, for Obama, huh?"
