Palin's foreign policy adviser stood in for Biden in mock debates

Sarah Palin's chief foreign policy adviser Randy Scheunemann played the role of Joe Biden in several mock debates this week in Arizona, a campaign official confirmed Thursday.

Palin's camp released a photograph on Tuesday of the vice presidential candidate debating Scheunemann in one of those trial runs, but it was unclear if any more of Palin's many advisers had stood in for Biden during the prep sessions. The use of Scheunemann at the opposite podium throughout the week indicates that foreign policy may have been the focus of Palin's debate cram sessions, held at John McCain's ranch in Sedona.
