Does anyone recall what the ABC and CBS polls looked like

in 2004? I was overseas and so rarely watched the news. I seem to recall though, hoping that the polls were wrong and that Kerry was really closer or that he'd come from behind to win big. I know I could look it up, but I'm really trying to get a feel for how you all remember it. The reason that I think this is important is that more people pay attention and get their information in the bite size pieces presented during the evening newscasts, and right now, ABC and CBS both show Obama with a big lead.

2. Hmmm.... Interesting. As I recall it as well, Bush never opened up

a large lead over Kerry at all either. The Earth is going to have to open up and swallow Obama and Biden in order for McCain to pull his campaign out of the garbage disposal. I don't want to get overly confident, but I am feeling awfully good about this election right now. November could prove to be the best month I've had in years. Obama win and husband returning from Iraq. It couldn't get any better than that.

What helped were the terror card and the complicity of the media. The last minute Osama tape didn't help either.

I'm feeling very hopeful about this election too.
