Confidence VS. Arrogance?

I can't sleep so I'm looking at showbiz tonight and the host asks if Sarah is worried about how people perceive her after the Tina Fey skewering. Some lady here says that Sarah isn't worried because she's almost arrogant...not just confident. Do you really think after all the bad press from her interviews that she's arrogant or just confident?

I'm not sure...she's so weird it's hard for me to judge.
