Has a campaign ever whined about and dismissed polls the way Mcain's is doing?

Starting with the first Washington Post polls showing him several points behind, and now with today's avalanche of bad polling, McCain is the first I can recall to specifically go out of their way to pooh pooh unfavorable polling. If you don't believe the polls, fine! Just ignore them! Doesn't it seem to reek of desperation to even call even more attention to such polls?

Are they afraid if people believe these results are true they will melt and lose their mojo or something, and they will become true? What? :shrug:

1. I recall Bush/Rove doing something similar . And Rove claiming they had been

right -- after they stole the election.

3. If anything, the polls are more favorable to McCain than actual reality in terms of numbers

due to most polls not factoring in the cell phone voters, who overwhelmingly support Barrack.

4. Can you imagine how much manipulation of the results the cheaters will have to do to make McComplain

the winner? It's impossible... the exit polls will conflict so severely that it will prove once and for all that it's all rigged.

Folks need to know, this is how they would run this country.......more into the ground than even Bush has, if that's even possible.
