I just saw an ad by the RNC blaming Obama for the bailout (1st time I've seen this one).

3. That's the one.
Believe me, I've seen many, many ads for both candidates tonight here in Wisconsin and that is the first time that I saw that particular one and it is one of the very first I have seen that is not directly approved by one of the candidates.

in fact, they also played a commercial saying the exact opposite (as if the bill failed)

But, both blaming Obama.
