He's got a VP debate tomorrow. LOL, I am acting like a concerned Mom not that he needs much sleep to debate that empty head.

1. I'm actually glad that Joe has a quick response tongue....
some call it gaffe's but I think you have to be quick to respond to the garbage she's going to spew tomorrow night. He can debate her even if he's sleep deprived. She's not going to answer any questions anyway.

2. Yes he did. He voted aye. He's probably making his way to the train station right about now.
I hate the aye vote, but I think I understand why they did what they did.

I hope he goes home and has a good night sleep, cuddling with his adorable wife.

5. Of course he voted aye. He is from Delaware and totally loves the banks.
And the banking industry loves him right back. This is very sad. This is a bad vote.

6. I disagree. It was a needed vote. Aleady layoffs in my state regarding businesses not getting loans.

8. Yeah , well folks in my state have no homes, the city has no services and we are rewarding banks
but punishing mortgage holders> Citizens have strict bancruptsy laws applied to them(yet another Biden vote BTW) but banks are bailed out? Gimme a break. And a bill with no consequences for corporate malfeasance?

9. Its crappy either way. We are adding debt by bailing them out or by letting businesses fail.

Not an easy vote by any means. The banks should be punished but by totally punishing the banks we just punish ourselves. I want regulation and oversight as well and this is not the perfect bill but it needs to be done now. Going all libertarian about it is not gonna help. Extreme left and right views does not take into consideration what will happen to the economy. This needed to be passed and it needed bipartisan support. Even Paul Krugman thinks something needs to be done and he is a progressive economist. I guess there is just no pleasing some people. I hate Wall St. too right now but just letting everything fail is not a good idea. Ask the state of Mass right now.

7. I wish he was more talked about on DU, I get so tired of seeing that girls name..seriously..
she is no longer worthy of any time whatsoever, her image is forever stained and her theme a joke, one this country can ill afford to waste time on...

I found a site on Joe today, reading some of his old speeches..I cannot wait until he stands beside Obama on election day proudly accepting the people's nomination as VP...he has hands down deserved it...
