What a disappointment....

The people who voted to support this bill and the people who refused to pressure our leadership to represent us, in fear they may not get the elected 'representation' they want.

It is heartbreaking.

I know, I know.

Fuck off Debbie. We don't want to hear it.

1. This is just the theft that we see. Most theft is shoveled through the Pentagon.
Remember 9/10/01 and their two trillion dollars unaccounted for?

3. I'm not disapointed.
After all it's things like this that sparked populist movements like the boston tea party.

4. Yeah, I getcha if there was any other way we'd go for it but the alternative to Democrats >
is still far more frightening prospect. I feel we will be in a much better place this time next year if we put the right folks in office. Mark my words I am past November going to work to move heaven and earth after November to make that so. Keep the faith.

6. I never said don't vote for dems. I told everyone to call and tell them to represent us

Or, we won't donate our time, money, and resources -

We give that in exchange for hiring a representative who listens to us and advocates for the people.

And, my thread about this was locked as trying to work for the defeat of the dems.

And, I think that is pathetic. If we can't pressure our reps and we have to shutup in times of crisis, there is nothing left to fight for...

is still far more frightening prospect. At the same time I feel we will be in a much better place this time next year if we put the right folks in office. Mark my words once past November I'm going to work to move heaven and earth to make that so. Keep the faith. Not that I am Obama or anything but it is our collective efforts that will take us to a better place as it was in the time of FDR.

7. Obama, Krugman and Buffet all said it had to be done. I trust all
of them more than I trust some anonymous person on the internet telling me to threaten not to support, donate money, or volunteer for the Obama campaign.
