Bill is redeeming himself...I think he's realizing Obama is going to win...
...And coming to his senses.

Don't let anyone kid you, that was a phenomenal speech for Obama in Florida!

He made a great case for Obama without even mentioning McCain--he didn't have to. It was THAT good.

I've got to believe Bill is coming to his senses, and beginning to understand why Obama is ahead and why this movement for his candidacy has gotten so large and well built as a grassroots machine.

When I looked at Clinton today, I saw the old President who went down as my favorite.

I didn't see the bitter man who gave lukewarm support for Obama.

That gave me hope. Let's hope he keeps it up!!

He's my favorite President. And I'm so proud of his performance today!

2. Yes, Bill Clinton was, without a doubt, magnificent! And, thank you, Bill, for saying this bill

does not do enough to keep people struggling to stay in their homes and that Barack Obama will do something about that when he is elected president. He mentioned Hillary's idea of creating an agency like the RTC to help folks refinance their mortgages--called HOLC, in this case.

4. Don't you guys kid yourself.
The Clinton's will be reimbursed when Obama is elected president. That is politics. The good news is that the Clintons are smart and will be able to help Obama in many ways.

5. I'll consider that
when he stops pushing the line that deregulation has nothing to do with the crisis.

13. You enjoy picking fights, don't you? Bill did a great job today...
...let go of your hatred for a fellow Democrat for ten seconds and realize he did a phenomenal job for Obama today!

Then you can go back to attacking Democrats.

21. Sure I can: He gave a good speech.
It's his interview praising Phil Gramm and claiming that deregulation is not responsible for the crisis that I have a serious problem with.

22. The Pukes are using that interview as a major talking point
to "prove" that Gramm and deregulation aren't responsible for the crisis. Evading responsiblity as usual, and Bill Clinton is helping them!!!

I'm happy to hear he gave a pro-Obama speech, but he's STILL got a lot of 'splainin to do.

10. Clinton said months ago "Obama is going to win." His message depends on the setting.
In a partisan one, you go full throttle, when talking to 'undecideds' you use the soft sell.

29. but he didn't for HRC
She might have won had he gone to Africa to oversee his foundation's work, or something else noble, from about July 2008 through probably February 2008, when she would have been the presumptive nominee.

32. could he be changing his tune due to the nasty little ad mccain
put out recently. it is starring bill and accusing him of this crisis. perhaps that changed his tune a little bit. i kept hoping he would step up to the plate. he's former dem pres and should rep for our candidate.
