McCain on Daily Show
I'm curious as to where this is going to go. Will he be the John McCain who is disgusted at the SVF"T" or the John McCain who support's the criminal in chief. I'm betting on the McCain who supports Bush.

1. However he decides to go as I doubt he'll recieve the same warm welcome
that he enjoyeds during his appearance on the Daily Show after he became famous for a week for questioning Rumsfeld.

2. Letterman had him on last night
I was happy to hear SOMEONE ask McCain what should be asked. For instance:

"Isn't is a bit disingenuous to criticize a movie you haven't seen?" (talking about his comments about Fahrenheit 9/11

and

"This group going after Kerry now went after you in 2000. Doesn't it made you mad?"

I have lost as respect for McCain. and I have tons more for Letterman.

3. Letterman asked those questions? But the "journalists" don't?
How can it be that the most agressive interviewing is being done by David Letterman and Jon Stewart and the only good newspaper is the Onion?

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

10. McCain said he put what happened in 2000 behind him
and said he confronted Bush about it then. Wuss.

He kind of joked about Moore...sayin he thought he was a good filmmaker and good at making money. Then added the he thought Moore should spend some money on a shave and a haircut.

Classy, John. :eyes:

5. The only "excuse" for McCain
He is up for reelection. If he goes too far against his party he might not have a job. Can you imagine being out of work in bush's economy?

8. Thanks!
I have a DDR pad and I taught them to go sit on the top left button for a treat. It's a neat trick to say "Go to the right if you'd vote for Bush, Stitch, and Left if you'd vote for Kerry." Most people assume you can't train cats, so it works doubly well.
