Who is the Black woman standing in the shot on the House Republican briefing?

Also there is an Asian woman in the shot. Are they putting people of color in their briefings just to appear diverse? Seriously this is interesting.

ON EDIT: NEVERMIND NOW IT APPEARS IT WAS EITHER A BiPARTISAN BRIEFING OR A DEMOCRATIC BRIEFING. BUT MSNBC actually labeled a Republican briefing on its lower third (on screen graphic).
