Is it time to start up the War Room again?
If they can't stop telling lies about us, then we have no choice but to start telling the truth about them.

Forget issues. They are meaningless. It's about who can destroy the other candidate with lies and innuendo? We have the advantage because we have the truth on them. If that is the game they want to play, we have no choice but to defend ourselves. We have to respond to each and every one of their lies. And it won't be pretty...

They made their choice. Now, we will make ours. John Kerry and John Edwards wanted very much to run a positive campaign about the issues. John Edwards' appeal, even in the primary, was how positive he was and how appealing that was to the voters. And that was true. But that was Democratic voters in the pirmary. Now it's a different ballgame.

2. I don't think we have to repsond to their lies...
I think we need to become more vicious and mean spirited than they are and make their smear campaign look like a Pollyana primer. With a simian brained drooler like Bush and his "vehicular-homicider" wife, this SHOULD be a cake walk!

4. You Mean Kerry Has No "War Room?!"
I can't believe that his campaign hasn't set up a rapid-response operation. Someone please tell me that's not true.

At least, not until the election was over.

13. Whatever....I think it's an option we have to consider....
If there is presently a response team, perhaps it needs to be shaken up a little. Other than that, I have no problems with the Kerry campaign...But, I'm slowly starting to realize that Rove and the Repubs were very serious when they said a while back that when they got thru with John Kerry, people would not know which side he was on during the Vietnam war. In my opinion, issues are meaningless whenever personal attacks are permitted to take hold without a response. If that is the case, issues will have to be put aside and we'll simply have to contrast personality attacks. I really think Edwards and Kerry want to run a positive campaign about the issues, but I'm not sure it is going to be possible? What's your opinion?

14. I think patience is a virtue
If I had a nickel for every prediction that Kerry was going to lose because he wasn't responding fast enough, I'd be rich.

15. I agree that patience is a virtue....
But it can also be true that he who hesitates is lost. I'm willing to wait a day or two to see what develops. Is that patience?

12. They do have one setup
CBS News' Jim Axelrod was basically laughing at it in a report he made earlier this week.
