Can you trust Republicans and the media? Why we are where we are,

If you have not figured that out by now, then there is no hope. We are basically in this alone. The republicans will spin themselves into a hole, trying to blame democrats for everything they have done.

The media in order to keep this feeding frenzy circus going will agree with them, because all they see is big bucks with people tuning in.

And we do, we are human. They had that figured out ages ago.

But just like this bailout of the credit markets, the democrats agree, to help the republicans with THEIR bill,(after we made the adjustments Obama insisted on) come through, and bring the numbers needed, and they go into a hissy fit about being insulted,

Instead of holding the republicans and those democrats who want to deregulate more to give the markets greater freedoms they say, (that is their latest meme) to the fire for bailing, it is now the media meme, that it is the democrats fault that they did not pass the republican bill.

Am I living in some alternate universe here. No, I am living in a Rove/Atwater/Neo Con/New Order conceived America with its right wing media,that took them close to 30 years to achieve.

This is not going to be easy, but we are where we are, it did not happen overnight, and it will not go away overnight
