He said that actually nobody voted against the bill because of the speech and that was all just bullshit. Sure shut Joey up.

9. Wasn't he Boehner's chief rival for Minority Leader?
Wouldn't be surprised if he challenges him again in the next Congress after this. Boehner obviously has no control of his caucus. He can't deliver the votes he promised.
