who have actually had the stamina and the strong stomachs to watch this horror show have any idea how many times OBL and/or al Qaeda have been mentioned during the last 3 days?

Reports indicate the main (only?) focus has been "The War On Terror", but dollars to donuts the speakers have NOT mentioned the world's #1 terrorists more than once or twice, by name. I'll bet the implication and illusion that Saddam/Iraq...and now Iran...are the terrorist nests, and once we have their oil, all will be well again!

But now that we have had a Dem Convention consisting of wonderful speeches about opportunity and hope by Obama, Clinton, Carter, Edwards, Sharpton, and Kerry, and we're 75% the way through this smoke and mirrors fear-mongering, swinging-dick convention by the Republicans, I think it's fairly obvious that the Democrats have done the right thing, and the Republicans are fools.
