McCain: "This is not the time to point fingers"

McCain takes a noble tact saying,

This is not the time to point fingers . . .

Use this instead

Ben Smith captured the pschitzophrenic presidential candidate in full form going for the old "I am bipartisan but Democrats are communists" pathos that has been missing from the campaign since the last time he spoke.

http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0908/McCain_Not_the_time_for_blame.html?showall

McCain: 'Not the time for blame'?

"Now is not the time to fix the blame. It's time to fix the problem," McCain says, not long after his campaign blamed Obama and Pelosi for killing the bill.

Then he blames Obama and the Democrats: "Sen. Obama and his allies in Congress infused unnecessary partisanship into the process."

When you point a finger at someone - four are pointing back at you.

Edited on Mon Sep-29-08 07:09 PM by and-justice-for-all
take responsibility for their actions, but attempt to pin their fuck ups on to others as usual.

Repigs, never take the blame for their actions because in their narrow scope of the world, it is never their fault.

Obama and Congress did the right thing by not giving unsecured funds to Paulson, fuck McInsane and he damn cronies.

22. I have a weird sense of humor...
burst out laughing when I heard him say that. Just prior to that he had been pointing fingers at Obama for the failure of the bailout.

Oh the hypocrisy of it all.

Now that's finger pointing I can agree with.

26. It was odd. Very next sentence after blaming Obama and the dems
was that now is not the time to assign blame or something. :wtf: What an idiot! Guess he doesn't proof read his speeches ahead of time.
