You all already know that most Congressmen don't actually read their legislation, don't you?

Remember when Michael Moore pointed that out in Fahrenheit 9/11 regarding the Patriot Act? Most of them had never even read a single line of the bill before voting on it. How many of those who voted today probably did so under the guise of thinking it was the original Paulson deal and not the newly negotiated one?

Judging by how many people even HERE still think this was the original Paulson deal, I'm inclined to believe that some of our elected officials were equally ignorant.
