Douglas Eakins now saying the Democrats deliberatly killed the bailout bill when they saw McCain succeeding with getting something passed.

Have these turkeys got no shame?

Well, they picked Palin because they thought Hillary supporters wouldn't know the difference.

How's that?

3. Hello President Obama. That's all I have to say about that.
The election, for all intents and purposes, was decided today.

5. Yup.
Nobody here should let the Repug desperate spin piss them off. They tried to pull a fast one and fell flat on their faces.

McCain also made a huge deal about this whole thing...suspended his campaign, the whole nine yards. He even took credit for the deal working this morning before it was voted on!

No, this is very very bad for them. They're the ones who voted against it.

4. I guess the question is
whether or not the press will notice this fact or if they will just parrot McCain's talking points. To be honest the MSM has a whole has surprised me lately.

9. The person I feel good for right now is...
Ron Paul. The repukes did a number on him similar to the job the dems did on Kucinich. I'm sure he's happy that he's sticking it to Bush and his cronies.

12. They don't really believe that or McCain wouldn't have
hightailed his sorry ass out of Dodge without throwing a very public tantrum. He screwed up and turned tail and ran like the coward he is and he is counting on his lobbyist toadies to save his butt.

I never thought I'd see someone I loathed more than *, but McCain and his sweetie Joey the Liar sure are convincing me otherwise.

13. LOL Republicans really need to make up their minds
a) Did they intentionally block the bill as a great triumph over socialism
or
b) Was the plan really good all along and it was all our fault they didn't vote for it
or
c) We like pudding

Mr. Eakins, is this your final answer? Or would you like to change to C ?

Democrats voted 141 to 94 in favor of the plan, while Republicans voted 65 to 133 against.
