Another chance for McCain to come to the "rescue"?
This could very well be a ploy to make McCain look good. Will he resuspend his campaign to restart negotiations?

2. Except if he did that, it would plainly show that his first rescue attempt was a complete and utter
failure.

3. Too late. He UN-suspended his campaign because he was confident he got the necessary work done
to get this passed in the House! He FAILED!
