Does McCain get irritated when Obama calls him John?

I watched the debate again. And he seems really pissed when Obama says John.

1. I think Obama did that because Lehrer encouraged

them to interact, and calling him by his first name would be what other co-workers would do. McCain did not do the same thing because he was angry at Obama for even being there, I think.

4. The people on another board are PISSED that Obama did that. They said

Obama was trying to put himself on the same level as a man with experience like John McCain. LOL Then some said it was Obama's way of being disrespectful (not giving McCain the respect he deserves as a Senator). LOL
