Jesus (yes, you lurking trolls, I am using the Lord's name in vain... I asked him last night and he said it was cool,) these asshats are so fucking ignorant and incapable of forming a coherent thought and every lie/smear they continually espouse is devoid of intellectual honesty or logical reasoning.

Remember when McCain said Iran had a lousy economy because they have a lousy government? Does his theory of economics only apply to foreign countries?

1. They are in PANIC mode....
And I don't even have to look at your links and tarnish my mind with the insanity of that disgusting cockroach infested Hell hole to know that.

They suck. Their candidate sucks. They're in a state of panic. Enuf said.

2. Thanks!
I love wading through Freeperville, but trying to navigate their interface is so frustrating that I don't do it very often. Direct linkys help (though I copy & paste them rather than clicking through... so they don't see me coming from DU.)

Going freeper diving now... googles? check. hip boots? check. gas mask? check.

I'm going in... :hi:

8. I don't understand why they are calling the bracelet thing for themselves
They are calling it a fiasco (like it was bad for Obama) I don't understand.. McCain didn't see it coming at all, he knocked the wind out of him you could tell! He didn't know that Obama had one too... that was one of my fave parts. McCain got owned on that lol

15. okay I see now why they are saying it was a gaffe.. they think that
Obama couldn't remember the soldiers name and had to read it off the bracelet.. I thought he was just looking at it. But even if that is true, it's probably because he has never used that as a political ploy, whereas McCain has used that tired story any time he could therefore memorizing the name. I'm actually disgusted that McCain has used that story so much, that makes it obvious it's for political purposes. I wasn't aware of it until that story someone posted here.

Re: the soldier's "bracelets"

But when the debate got to the foreign policy issues that it was supposed to be about, the bracelet exchange summed it all up.

McCain mentions that he’s wearing a bracelet he got from the mother of a soldier slain in New Hampshire.

To which Obama responds: “I have a bracelet, too.”

"All of which clearly explains why in the eyes of the MSM, Obama won in a landslide.

Stupid MSM."

"...KIA bling" :wtf: was that?

On a Palin tangent:

Bracelet or no bracelet, if that whole charade changed one vote I’d be surprised. Now Sarah on the other hand....well!

"After her circular answers to some of the interviews of late, I really hope she is practicing a lot for the debate.

Even an “okay” debate would be good enough.

But, we can’t have her repeating things she just said like she did with Couric!"

"Notwithstanding the MSM pinko press tanking for O’blahblah...”All the Kings horses (asses)...and all the king’s men (girlie-boys) couldn’t put little-man Barry back together again”. Wait until “perfect-putz” Biden goes face to face with Palin...he’s going to think he got run over by a moose!!! Really hard to make him out to be a bigger fool than he has already made of himself." :spray:

General commentary:

"BHO did not even come close. All my Oxford trained debate coach buddies said it was a knockout by McCain. The drive bys are spinning as hard and fast as they can."

"for anyone to say obama won that debate has their head where the sun doesn’t shine, of course that is many liberals"

"Obama was rude and petulant...reminded me of Algore. At one point OBAMA told the HOST it was time to move on.

I usually notice the things that will stick out to people, but according to the MSM Obama did nothing wrong. Obama seemed like he was out of sorts all throughout the debate."

"The only scientific poll I have seen so far has been from CNN, and they said Obama won, but not by much, only about 10 points."

"I caught several gaffes from BO that were ignored by media, including Brit Hume (my all-time fav media guy), and his panel. The only one that appeared to have watched the same debate I did was Nina Easton." :spray:

Is that what you call those voices in your head? 'Cause I kind of doubt Oxford trained debate coaches sit around and crack open brewskis with freeps.

16. Until we get corp lobbyists and "bill of rights" back in their rightful
places, we are all delusional. We need to work together to restore democracy and the public good to our government.

Freepers are more misguided, but we must not lose focus on regaining democratic power to and for the people.

31. One has to keep in mind that Free Republic is nothing more than a money-making site for its founder.
Jim Robinson has no real political convictions, just a desire to not have to show up at a real job, and put in an honest day's work. That's all.
