John Kerry made a cursory attempt, because John Edwards is from there, but never really pushed for it.



On September 27th... Obama is in North freaking Carolina.



And THAT is either REALLY a stupid waste of time.... or we're going to win this election comfortably.



Obama and his campaign doesn't strike me as a group that would waste a campaign day this late in the election.

1. NC is in play better than it has been in decades. We have a very strong

Senate candidate in Kay Hagen who hopefully show that dried up prune Liddy Dole the door, and an equally strong Governor candidate in Bev Purdue. Two STRONG Democratic women on the ballot can't do anything but help Obama in NC.
