I suppose commercials probably focus group test better with the music, but the lulling violens really don't mesh with the harsh typewriter clatter pointing out McCain's lack of concern for the middle class.

The music (which is positive) gets louder when you see Obama/Biden.

On a subliminal level, it works.

It certainly could be a coincidence but in a thread I initiated here last week I gave my idea of a good Obama commercial. In it I suggested they use a voice over with the words being spelled out in white against a black background as they were spoken.

Is it possible that Barak's people are using DU for an idea source? I sure hope they are because in that thread there were some great commercial ideas and everywhere you look on this board there are great ideas being put forth.
