Obama wins debate among voters: polls
Here are two links to polls of people who watched the debate last night. Ignore the punditry, they want to keep it close. This is what matters.

http://tpmelectioncentral.talkingpointsmemo.com/

http://www.cbsnews.com/htdocs/pdf/2008Debate1.pdf

Snippet from CBS poll:

THE DEBATE’S EFFECT ON OPINIONS OF THE CANDIDATES
(Among uncommitted voters who watched debate)
Obama McCain
Better 46% 32%
Worse 8 21
No change 46 47

And from TPM poll, further backing up this result:

Regardless of which candidate you happen to support, who do you think did the best job in the debate -- Barack Obama or John McCain?
Obama 51%
McCain 38%

4. My take on First 2008 Presidential Debate
I wish the Republicans candidates would STFU about good Republicans we have known like Ike and Ronnie. I want to hear about Bush, the last 8 years and how to deal with the mess that Bush and the GOP created. I want Republicans to take responsibility for their actions, we should have done a better job. We need to listen to the American people, McCain won't even look at Obama how can we expect him to see us and what we need.
