For the record, there is no "Old Tweety" or "New Tweety"
Chris Matthews doesn't have a split personality. He's the same guy. Sometimes he says stuff we like. Sometimes he doesn't. I respect him for that. But the who "Old vs. New Tweety" thing is kind of lame, in my humble opinion.
