Have a trivia contest, a problem-solving event (on paper, with physical materials, and communicating/negotiating with people), and finally a test of physical fitness, survival/endurance, and a match in the octagon. Sort of melange of Jeopardy, the Mensa test, Mr. Wizard/Mythbusters, $10,000 Pyramid, and American Gladiators and MMA). Throw in the Match Game for a sense of fun-loving humor.
