My take, FWIW.....people just do not like John McCain. He's not likeable in tone, manner, demeanor,

or appearance. He's condescending and comes across as a genuine asshole. Barack is likeable. He's polite but assertive, intelligent and comes across as genuine nice guy. For all his shortcomings and incompetence, that's the ONLY thing that GWB had going for him, his likability.....the guy you'd want to have a beer with. If that's the case, and Americans vote for the more likable candidate, then McNasty has no chance.
