The question shouldn't be framed as "Did McCain win?" it should be...
"Did he do enough to reverse the last two weeks?" If the pundits and the public decide it was close, regardless of who won, the answer is "No."

Obviously, McCain wanted a "There you go again" soundbite, but it doesn't sound like he's going to get it.
