I was hoping Obama would bring up their VP choices
When McCain was going on about all the experience he had. A good response would be "John, I'm surprised you put so much emphasis on experience. You wouldn't have guessed that from your choice of Vice Presidential running mate".

4. I caught that. It was a veiled jab at Palin.
The tone of Obama's voice was unmistakable:

"I'm PROUD of MY running mate."
